When sourcing pure, affordable ingredients for Fig & Olive became unsustainable and the supply chain grew increasingly marred by pollution and environmental degradation, our founder made a choice—to grow with integrity, directly from untouched soil.
What began as a solution to control quality and cost became something greater: a farm that protects the land, honors God’s promise, and nourishes generations.
